Gettysburg extended their losing streak to six on Tuesday, dropping them down to 2-7. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-45 heartbreaker at the hands of the Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 47-30 to the Blue Devils when the teams met back in February of 2025, then they’ll just have to keep looking.

As for Greencastle-Antrim, they have been performing well recently as they’ve won five of their last six games. That’s provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. While they didn’t have the best season last year (they finished 9-12), it’s starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Greencastle-Antrim to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dez Holman, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Albright, who earned nine points and three steals.

Gettysburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 58-46 defeat against Shippensburg on the 9th. Greencastle-Antrim has also already played their next matchup (against East Pennsboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
